A unos 10 minutos andando de la playa de San Juan. En el apartamento hay libros, juguetes para niños, sillas de playa y toallas de playa. Francis es muy atento, te da recomendaciones y te ayuda con lo que necesites. A dos minutos en coche está el Mercadona y el Consum.Publicado enVerificada Nos ha encantado el piso, hemos estado muy cómodos. ☺Todo ha sido genial, el dueño es muy atento. La comunicación con el dueño ha sido excelente. No es como ir a un piso de turista, es como estar en la casa de un familiar, porque todo lo que tendrías en un hogar está allí, incluso cosas tan básicas como detergente, artículos de playa, (incluso sillas) especias, té y café, lo que facilita mucho la estancia. Hay una plaza de parking que es muy importante porque en esa zona es imposible aparcar. La piscina y la urbanización está muy bien cuidada. Hay varios supermercados cerca, Mercadona y Consum a 2 minutos en coche. El tranvía para ir a Alicante centro para en la misma puerta y Francis, el dueño, incluso nos dejo la tarjeta para usar en el tranvía por si lo necesitabamos. El wifi funcciona muy bien, lo que ha facilitado que hiciera un poco de trabajo durante mi estancia. La playa esta a 4 minutos caminando. Hay una farmacia, frutería, panadería y un par de bares a pie de la urbanización, y hay un bar en la misma urbanización pero hay que reservar porque en estas fechas es temporada alta. hay aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en las habitaciones.Publicado enVerificada Tökéletes. ☺Nagyon szép és kényelmes apartman, az ott tartózkodáshoz és nyaraláshoz szükséges eszközökkel (pl. teljesen felszerelt konyha, mosógép, netflix, napozószék, napernyő, strandtörölközők). A kert gyönyörű, a medence csodás és folyamatosan karbantartanak mindent. Szerintünk San Juan a legjobb hely Alicanteban. Tengerpart, boltok, szupermarket, éttermek, reggeliző (churros) minden a közelben és mindegyik nagyon jó. A házigazda Francis személyében pedig egy nagyon kedves és segítőkész embert ismertünk meg. Sehr guter und hilfreicher Host bei Ankunft und Abreise. Die Anlage mit Pool, Park und Sportplätzen hat uns sehr gut die gefallen. Der Strand befindet sich gleich um die Ecke mit tollen Restaurants und Spielplätzen. Das Meer und der Strand sind toll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. El apartamento está grande y bastante bien equipado- no falta nada! El propietario Francis se preocupa mucho y es muy detallista, nos ha facilitado toda la información sobre la ubicación, check in, traslados etc. que ha sido muy util. ☹En los dormitorios hacía un poco de calor, ya que el aire acondicionado solo está en el salón

He gave us clear information on all the local tourist spots and things to do, and the accommodation was spotless. Plenty of useful things in the apartment like a first aid kit and Smart TV and fold up chairs for the beach. The apartment is located in a nice complex which has a pool and a little bar which is handy. We didn't have a car so it was a bit annoying having to get the bus / tram into Alicante but the apartment and the surrounding area were well worth it. The apartment was clean and there was everything we needed. There was a pool, a tennis court and a playground on the yard and also a gym to use. There's a bakery and small shop next to the entrance of the apartment block and a tram stop just outside the apartment too. There is free secure parking available. Der beste Urlaub meines Lebens Jedes Jahr führt uns der Weg zurück hier her Man wird vom Flughafen problemlos abgeholt und vor dem Rückflug wieder zurück gebracht Die Wohnung hat alles was das urlauberherz begehrt zu bieten super Busverbindungen für in die Stadt und eine wunderschöne poolanlage welche noch nie überfüllt war ! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und herzlich gemacht. Einfach nur toll! Wir fühlen uns jedes mal wie zuhause! Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, mit wundervollen Restaurants bestückt. El apartamento nos ha encantado es muy acogedor y cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso y relax; las instalaciones de la urbanización geniales para practicar distintos deportes, una gran piscina y unos preciosos jardines para pasear o descansar. A unos 300 metros de la playa y con supermercados y tiendas muy cercanas. En trato con los propietarios inmejorable, muy atentos y simpáticos. Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de nuestra estancia aqui....y volvemos!!
EXCELENTEVerificada Great apartment good location The apartment had everything we could hope for and was home from home (the kids loved Netflix). Very comfortable even in the high July temperatures. Nice touches like extra beach towels were much appreciated. The complex was good, bar staff friendly and the food excellent. Beach, shops and bars all close but if you want more you can use the tram from just outside the complex to be in Alicante or even Benidorm quickly. He made sure that our stay at Villamar apartment was as pleasant as it gets. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious with all modern amenities. We stayed with our 2 year old son, and even he was delighted with the apartment. The area was nice and quiet with 5 min walk from the apartment to the beach. We were so glad that we have chosen the apartment in this area as we were far enough from the hassle and bustle of the city centre and yet it only took a 15min drive to get there. We only went to the centre handful of times because in my opinion the area and the beach near the apartment was so much better, there was a long and lovely boulevard along the beach with the view of the mountains, there are lots of restaurants, ice cream parlours, playgrounds for the kids, etc. shopping center nearby. So in conclusion I can only say that if anyone wants to have nice and pleasant stay in Alicante then I definitely recommend Villamar apartment.Publicado enVerificada Truly Fantastic Apartment Excellent Location with the beach only a short walk away. The tram stops just outside the entrance every 30 mins and is really good to visit the city centre or go up the coast to Denia or Benidorm. Tickets are cheap (you buy them from a machine on the tram) . The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, it even included beach towels and fresh fruit as well as the many facilities listed. The pool was too cold for us on out visit but it looked very inviting with plenty of sunbathing space around it. Francis the owner spoke some English and was very friendly and helpful, he even picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the apartment.Publicado enVerificada Ideal apartment for families and enjoy the beach We have recently enjoyed this comfortable apartment. The apartment is very bright and spacious for 4 and was very clean. On arrival we were met by Francis, the owner, who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was decorated well and complete with all amenities that you could need. The location of the apartment is good, the beach is only 4 minutes walk away and with the tram stop in the same door of the building, so it is very easy to travel to Alicante center, Campello and Benidorm. Higly recommended.
