Beatriz10/08/2026Semana en familia ☺La amabilidad de Francis y su atención, nos dió facilidades tanto a la entrada como a la salida y estuvo pendiente que la estancia fuera agradable. El apartamento está genial con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones y una estupendo terraza en la que disfrutar de los desayunos. Hay aire acondicionado en el comedor y ventilador de techo en las habitaciones por lo que el piso al no ser muy grande está fresquito. Una magnífica urbanización con jardínes, columpios, pistas para hacer deporte, bar...pero sobretodo hemos disfrutado de la piscina está genial comparada con muchos hoteles. Muy cerca de la playa y parada del tranvía a Alicante en la puerta, panadería, farmacia, supermercado de barrio...Consum y Mercadona muy cerquita en coche. Precioso paseo marítimo con puestecitos, heladerías, bares..para disfrutar las noches. Gracias por todo Francis! ☹La estancia se nos hizo muy corta.Publicado en Booking

The apartment was very clean, large, great location and facilities. We used the parking space. Pool area, community club and tennis/football, gated community was all great. We would love to return. Area very nice. Shops. Restaurants. Metro line outside the gates. It was well equipped with everything we needed and the facilities (swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court and football pitch) were all excellent and kept the teenagers entertained and was safe and secure. Central location for where we wanted to be within walking distance of local shops, restaurants and the beach, all of which were very reasonable in comparison to UK prices. Inger06/06/2026Vi havde nogle rigtig dejlige dage med sol-, hav- og poolbade og et par ture ind til Alicantes seværdigheder. ☺Det er en stor, ren og veludstyret lejlighed i rolige omgivelser. Den ligger i en stor velplejet have med en meget stor og indbydende pool. Der er indkøbsmuligheder lige uden for komplekset, og der er få hundrede meter til en meget rolig, lækker og indbydende badestrand. Sporvognen ind til byens centrum holder lige udenfor porten. ☹Vi har ingen mangler

Seamus29/12/2023Francis was a super host. he was so helpful from the start. he comes to meet you in person and give you a complete tour of the accommodation. He gave us clear information on all the local tourist spots and things to do, and the accommodation was spotless. I would highly recommend this place.Publicado en Airbnb
Roy02/07/2023Francis was a great host and very responsive. Apartment was very clean. Plenty of useful things in the apartment like a first aid kit and Smart TV and fold up chairs for the beach. The apartment is located in a nice complex which has a pool and a little bar which is handy. We didn't have a car so it was a bit annoying having to get the bus / tram into Alicante but the apartment and the surrounding area were well worth it. Katju22/06/2023We really enjoyed our stay! Francis was really helpful and friendly with everything. We also got a crib and a highchair for our baby. The apartment was clean and there was everything we needed. There was a pool, a tennis court and a playground on the yard and also a gym to use. Highly recommend it!Publicado en Airbnb
Karen11/02/2023The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. It is only a 5 minute to the beach and promenade. There's a bakery and small shop next to the entrance of the apartment block and a tram stop just outside the apartment too. There is free secure parking available. Diarmuid22/05/20225 star all around. Francis was brilliant from the start excellent communication. Had the room set up perfectly for our toddler. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Less than 300m from the beach with tram stop outside the door. All amenities needed within the complex. A great location we will return.Publicado en Airbnb

We very much enjoyed staying at his apartment, Francis is a great host, the communication with him was excellent, and he really looks after his guests. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Also very clean! The complex is well maintained and in a great location. Very good restaurants, bars, and the beach are in close walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Lisa Maas18/09/2019Der beste Urlaub meines Lebens Jedes Jahr führt uns der Weg zurück hier her Man wird vom Flughafen problemlos abgeholt und vor dem Rückflug wieder zurück gebracht Die Wohnung hat alles was das urlauberherz begehrt zu bieten super Busverbindungen für in die Stadt und eine wunderschöne poolanlage welche noch nie überfüllt war ! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und herzlich gemacht. Einfach nur toll! Wir fühlen uns jedes mal wie zuhause! Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, mit wundervollen Restaurants bestückt. Garantiert ist hier für jeden was dabei Sehr familienfreundliches und toll gepflegtes herzliches Appartement!!Publicado en Google
Maria Rosa Molina Díaz01/08/2019El apartamento nos ha encantado es muy acogedor y cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso y relax; las instalaciones de la urbanización geniales para practicar distintos deportes, una gran piscina y unos preciosos jardines para pasear o descansar. A unos 300 metros de la playa y con supermercados y tiendas muy cercanas. En trato con los propietarios inmejorable, muy atentos y simpáticos. Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de nuestra estancia aqui....y volvemos!!

Dpteale31/07/2020Great apartment good location The apartment had everything we could hope for and was home from home (the kids loved Netflix). Very comfortable even in the high July temperatures. Nice touches like extra beach towels were much appreciated. The complex was good, bar staff friendly and the food excellent. Beach, shops and bars all close but if you want more you can use the tram from just outside the complex to be in Alicante or even Benidorm quickly. Pawel G15/09/2019Mr In the first place I would like to express my gratitude to Francis for being wonderful host. He made sure that our stay at Villamar apartment was as pleasant as it gets. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious with all modern amenities. We stayed with our 2 year old son, and even he was delighted with the apartment. The area was nice and quiet with 5 min walk from the apartment to the beach. We were so glad that we have chosen the apartment in this area as we were far enough from the hassle and bustle of the city centre and yet it only took a 15min drive to get there. We only went to the centre handful of times because in my opinion the area and the beach near the apartment was so much better, there was a long and lovely boulevard along the beach with the view of the mountains, there are lots of restaurants, ice cream parlours, playgrounds for the kids, etc. shopping center nearby. So in conclusion I can only say that if anyone wants to have nice and pleasant stay in Alicante then I definitely recommend Villamar apartment.Publicado en Tripadvisor
John D24/11/2018Truly Fantastic Apartment Excellent Location with the beach only a short walk away. The tram stops just outside the entrance every 30 mins and is really good to visit the city centre or go up the coast to Denia or Benidorm. Tickets are cheap (you buy them from a machine on the tram) . The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, it even included beach towels and fresh fruit as well as the many facilities listed. The pool was too cold for us on out visit but it looked very inviting with plenty of sunbathing space around it. Francis the owner spoke some English and was very friendly and helpful, he even picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the apartment.Publicado en Tripadvisor
Silvia E11/05/2018Ideal apartment for families and enjoy the beach We have recently enjoyed this comfortable apartment. The apartment is very bright and spacious for 4 and was very clean. On arrival we were met by Francis, the owner, who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was decorated well and complete with all amenities that you could need. The location of the apartment is good, the beach is only 4 minutes walk away and with the tram stop in the same door of the building, so it is very easy to travel to Alicante center, Campello and Benidorm. Higly recommended.
