EXCELENTE10Verificada Excellent owner, excellent apartment! ☺ Without any doubt, I'd really like to recommend this property. Great place, close to the magnificent Sant Juan beach, convenient infrastructure around: supermarkets, pastry shop, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, clubs and bars. Trams and buses stop just outside the gate.. Exellent condominium, with a beautiful green and clean territory with a swimming pool. The water was cold a bit chilly, but my son tried it and had fun there. Fitness club where you can train. Park and playground in the yard. We stayed in a nice spacious apartment with two bathrooms. Second floor (with elevator) - I like when you can choose to take an elevator, with suitcases, or have an opportunity to quickly get up or down the stairs. There are two elevators, and one of them is usually waiting with doors open on the ground floor. There's a big terrace! Who needs to have a breakfast in a cafe, when you have such a spacious and beautiful terrace. It was great to start a day with a coffe and a sound of birds singing. You can buy all kinds of goodies at the market in Alicante, or a store nearby, and have a morning feast. The main thing is to make an effort and still finish the meal so as not to leave the house too late. There is a tram and a bus stop nearby. It is really easy to get to the city center, or other plaves along Costa Blanca. Francis, our hosts, is an amazing, attentive person full of empathy. He wants to have happy guests at his apartment, so he does care how you feel. Francis sent us a lot of information before arriving, met us at the gate. Then we received a lot of advice and recommendations. He cared very much if we felt comfortable in the apartment. It was like we were visiting a family relative, really! The location was wonderful, a short walk to the beach, many restaurants nearby, grocery store in the corner. The tram stop was right outside the door. Francis was terrific. He provided us with lots of useful information about the area and how to use the tram system9.0Verificada ☺En premier lieu, un grand merci (muchas gracias) à notre hôte, Francis, pour son accueil, sa disponibilité, et ces précieux conseils, on peu vraiment compter sur lui, c'est vraiment agréable de rencontré sur une personne aussi sympathique. L'appartement correspond au descriptif et aux photos posté sur le site. Il est spacieux, avec deux belles chambres, un très beau séjour/salle a manger et un très beau balcon (spécialité de l'architecture de la région, le balcon peu aussi servir de pièce fermé avec un système de vitrages coulissant). La cuisine parfaitement équipée et tout l'équipement est complet, il ne manque rien. Nous avons aussi été séduit par la propreté du logement, ainsi que sa décoration de bon gout. Concernant l'environnement, l'immeuble se situe dans une résidence totalement sécurisé, au calme, comportant de grands espaces arborés et une immense et magnifique piscine au centre d'un parc entretenu avec soin. Les plus sont un arrêt de tram au pied de la résidence, qui nous permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre d'Alicante, une plage de plusieurs kilomètre, a couper le souffle, a 7 minutes à pied, des commerce et beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et promenade sans voiture. EXCELENTEVerificada Would always come back. Lovely apartment with all you need. Lots of kitchen appliances. Good mattresses. Fast fibre internet. Lovely and most helpful host. Beach and public transport on your doorstep.Verificada Francis was a super host. he was so helpful from the start. he comes to meet you in person and give you a complete tour of the accommodation. He gave us clear information on all the local tourist spots and things to do, and the accommodation was spotless. I would highly recommend this place.Verificada Francis was a great host and very responsive. Apartment was very clean. Plenty of useful things in the apartment like a first aid kit and Smart TV and fold up chairs for the beach. The apartment is located in a nice complex which has a pool and a little bar which is handy. We didn't have a car so it was a bit annoying having to get the bus / tram into Alicante but the apartment and the surrounding area were well worth it. Il Fornaio on the beach has good pizza.Verificada We really enjoyed our stay! Francis was really helpful and friendly with everything. We also got a crib and a highchair for our baby. The apartment was clean and there was everything we needed. There was a pool, a tennis court and a playground on the yard and also a gym to use. Highly recommend it!Verificada The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. It is only a 5 minute to the beach and promenade. There's a bakery and small shop next to the entrance of the apartment block and a tram stop just outside the apartment too. There is free secure parking available. Der beste Urlaub meines Lebens Jedes Jahr führt uns der Weg zurück hier her Man wird vom Flughafen problemlos abgeholt und vor dem Rückflug wieder zurück gebracht Die Wohnung hat alles was das urlauberherz begehrt zu bieten super Busverbindungen für in die Stadt und eine wunderschöne poolanlage welche noch nie überfüllt war ! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und herzlich gemacht. Einfach nur toll! Wir fühlen uns jedes mal wie zuhause! Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, mit wundervollen Restaurants bestückt. El apartamento nos ha encantado es muy acogedor y cómodo con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso y relax; las instalaciones de la urbanización geniales para practicar distintos deportes, una gran piscina y unos preciosos jardines para pasear o descansar. A unos 300 metros de la playa y con supermercados y tiendas muy cercanas. En trato con los propietarios inmejorable, muy atentos y simpáticos. Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo de nuestra estancia aqui....y volvemos!!
EXCELENTEVerificada Great apartment good location The apartment had everything we could hope for and was home from home (the kids loved Netflix). Very comfortable even in the high July temperatures. Nice touches like extra beach towels were much appreciated. The complex was good, bar staff friendly and the food excellent. Beach, shops and bars all close but if you want more you can use the tram from just outside the complex to be in Alicante or even Benidorm quickly. Francis the host was most helpful, thanks.Verificada Mr In the first place I would like to express my gratitude to Francis for being wonderful host. He made sure that our stay at Villamar apartment was as pleasant as it gets. The apartment itself was lovely and spacious with all modern amenities. We stayed with our 2 year old son, and even he was delighted with the apartment. The area was nice and quiet with 5 min walk from the apartment to the beach. We were so glad that we have chosen the apartment in this area as we were far enough from the hassle and bustle of the city centre and yet it only took a 15min drive to get there. We only went to the centre handful of times because in my opinion the area and the beach near the apartment was so much better, there was a long and lovely boulevard along the beach with the view of the mountains, there are lots of restaurants, ice cream parlours, playgrounds for the kids, etc. shopping center nearby. So in conclusion I can only say that if anyone wants to have nice and pleasant stay in Alicante then I definitely recommend Villamar apartment.Verificada Truly Fantastic Apartment Excellent Location with the beach only a short walk away. The tram stops just outside the entrance every 30 mins and is really good to visit the city centre or go up the coast to Denia or Benidorm. Tickets are cheap (you buy them from a machine on the tram) . The apartment was spotless and very well equipped, it even included beach towels and fresh fruit as well as the many facilities listed. The pool was too cold for us on out visit but it looked very inviting with plenty of sunbathing space around it. Francis the owner spoke some English and was very friendly and helpful, he even picked us up from the airport and took us straight to the apartment.Verificada Ideal apartment for families and enjoy the beach We have recently enjoyed this comfortable apartment. The apartment is very bright and spacious for 4 and was very clean. On arrival we were met by Francis, the owner, who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was decorated well and complete with all amenities that you could need. The location of the apartment is good, the beach is only 4 minutes walk away and with the tram stop in the same door of the building, so it is very easy to travel to Alicante center, Campello and Benidorm. Higly recommended.
